Short Report: At the Ulm Stamp Fair
From October 23 to 25, 2025, the ArGe Medicine and Pharmacy, in cooperation with the ÖSVLPH and the International Stamp Club Rosenegg, took part once again in the International Stamp Fair in Ulm – three days full of meetings, conversations, and inspiring impressions.
At the Stand
Our booth attracted many visitors. We’ve become known for our Stamp Art, our bulletins, the interactive screen, and our donation box for the Butterfly Children, as well as for our small giveaways – pens and our “capsule money.” A constant favorite: “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.”
A big thank-you goes to C. Wendland, V. Potters, and J. Diesveld for their great help – it made our work much easier!
Encounters & Highlights
The fair offered plenty of opportunities to exchange ideas with old and new friends alike. One highlight was the visit of a young collector who had discovered our interactive presentation last year and proudly showed us his first exhibit – a wonderful example of how philately can inspire.
Cooperation & Recognition
Professionally and organizationally, Ulm was once again a success:
-
New collaborations with ArGe Spain and the Swiss thematic group.
-
An invitation to PhilaToscana 2027 in Gmunden to present a special exhibition on “Medicine and Philately.”
-
And a special compliment: a BDPh juror named us as one of the most active thematic groups – alongside the Music and Ornithology groups.
Conclusion:
Ulm was once again a great success – lively, inspiring, and encouraging. Philately showed what it truly stands for: exchange, enthusiasm, and community.
