Liability for contents

According to § 7 Abs.1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) we are responsible for our own contents on these pages according to the general laws. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. If we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the relevant content immediately.

Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the sites is always responsible for the content of the linked sites. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking.

However, a permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

Copyright

The contents and works created by the site operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution, or any form of commercialization of such material beyond the scope of the copyright law shall require the prior written consent of its respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.

Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is identified as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us accordingly. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such content immediately.

If the impression arises

that intellectual property rights may have been violated on this website, i.e. that third-party trademark rights or copyrights have been infringed, you are requested to notify us immediately by e-mail. The offending passage will then be deleted or modified immediately. The same applies to our declaration on the General Data Protection Regulation below. It is not necessary to send a lawyer’s warning to complain about the infringement of property rights or the Basic Data Protection Regulation, and the associated costs will not be reimbursed. On the basis of the commitment made previously, there is no reason to notify the infringement of third-party rights with the help of a lawyer. There is no corresponding need for legal protection. If, however, a warning is issued by a lawyer without prior contact, you will be solely responsible for the associated costs.

Declaration on the Basic Data Protection Regulation:

The security of your data is extremely important to us. As a member of our association, no sensitive data will be stored by us (only first name, last name, delivery address, e-mail). Your data will not be passed on to third parties. In general, you can visit our website without leaving any personal data. If you have ordered one or more of our newsletters or our other information offers, we may store and process your data for the purpose of compiling and sending the newsletters and send you offers tailored to your general interests about news and/or also invitations to events by e-mail or letter. If you have not ordered any of our newsletters or any of our other information offers, we may only send you advertising by e-mail according to the law if we receive your e-mail address in connection with, for example, a personal or virtual contact with you and you have not objected – despite clear and explicit information about the possibility of objecting at any time to the collection and any use of your e-mail address.

We expressly point out that the transmission of data on the Internet (e.g. by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties cannot be guaranteed. These security gaps are not within the scope of our association. We cannot accept any liability for any damage caused or arising from such security gaps.
